Beautiful, ceramic, antique teapot- featuring William Shakespeare’s (1564 - 1616) Romeo & Juliet, by Sadler, Staffordshire, England.
Ivory, gold & red colors. I love these gold accents- and IF I had the room to display this- well, you wouldn’t be reading this, right now- it’s way too cool!!!
I’ve always LOVED the Romeo & Juliet story- and I still picture Leonardo DiCaprio playing Romeo!!! Very cool movie!!!
Please see last picture- there’s a mark- to the right of the spout- but otherwise- Awesome:) oh, the bottom has a few marks, too.
